  • I specialize in the Parkview and Brookwood school districts. But I represent buyers and sellers in all areas of Metro Atlanta.
  • I bring my 19 years of Real Estate experience to help home buyers and investors make solid knowledgeable decisions on their purchase.
  • I am hard working, ethical and will provide you with exceptional service.

  • Former professional Software Developer/Project Manager.
  • Strong technology orientation orientation and solid knowledge of e-commerce and e-marketing.

Special Interest/ Hobbies

  • Running, weight training and general physical fitness.
  • Member of ALTA Tennis team.
  • Actively involved in my children’s athletic activities including: Horseback riding, Softball and Tennis.
  • Actively involved in our community and local schools.

Family - The reason we work so hard!

  • Married to my "soul mate", Tom for 23 years. He is my life partner, business partner and an integral part of the Peters Home Team.
  • We have 2 beautiful daughters, Brittany and Rachel.
  • Brittany graduated from Parkview High School and finished her first year at Gainesville College in Athens. She rides horses, plays softball, and keeps me up at night when she's out driving.
  • Rachel is a 5th grader at Camp Creek Elementary School. She rides horses, plays tennis, plays softball and loves animals.

 


 Tom Peters - Realtor

  • I represent buyers and sellers in the north Metro Atlanta area.
  • I specialize in the Parkview and Brookwood school districts. But I represent buyers and sellers in all areas of Metro Atlanta.
  • I bring my experience in the home construction and remodeling industry to help home buyers and investors make solid, knowledgeable decisions on their purchase.
  • I am hard working, ethical and will provide you with exceptional service.

Accomplishments

  • Has earned the  certification from the National Association of Realtors.  The e-PRO certification shows knowledge of the latest internet and technology innovations that can be used to effectively market and sell your home on the internet. 
  • Member of the following Real Estate professional organizations: NAR, GAR and NAMAR.
  • Full time agent. This is not a sideline or part time job.
  • Strong technology orientation with 15 years experience as a Software Engineer, Project Manager and Manager.
  • 20 years experience in home construction and remodeling.

  • Cooking my World Famous Smoked Ribs
  • Actively involved in my childrens athletic activities including: Horseback riding, Softball and Tennis.

Family

  • Married to Kathy for 23 years. And yes, all 23 have been great. She plays ALTA tennis and is the best mother and wife that anyone could ask for. She is also the other member of The Peters Home Team.
  • I have 2 children Brittany and Rachel.

Nancy Spencer – Closing Transaction Coordinator 

My Contributions to The Peters Home Team

  • I bring 14 years of experience as a Real Estate Closing Coordinator.
  • I work closely with each buyer or seller after their contract is binding, making sure all details of the closing are timely accomplished.
  • I give extra attention to explaining the closing process and assist with keeping the buyer or seller informed at all times.

Accomplishments

  • Licensed Real Estate Agent for 19 years.
  • Closing Transaction Coordinator for 14 years.

Special Interst/Hobbies

  • Teaching ESL to Internationals at my church – this is my 17th year, along with all of the other church activities and projects.
  • Gardening – I love flowers!

Family

  • I have one daughter and son-in-law who live in the Metro Atlanta area. I am grateful they are nearby. We are together often and enjoy many fun times.
